General Privacy Policy for Games

Last updated: 24 August 2026

This policy explains what information our games collect, why they collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to all mobile games published by Sinatr Information Technologies LLC on the Apple App Store and Google Play, including all games published on Google Play under our developer name GameTrip.

1. Who we are

Sinatr Information Technologies LLC ("Sinatr", "we", "us") develops and publishes mobile games. GameTrip is our publisher (developer) name on Google Play. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), Sinatr is the data controller for the processing described in this policy.

You can reach us about any privacy matter at privacy@sinatr.com.

2. Scope

This is a general policy covering our games as a whole. Individual games may collect less than what is described here, but never more. Where a game differs, that game's store listing and its own policy take precedence.

Our games do not require you to create an account. We never ask you for your name, postal address, phone number, or email address inside a game.

3. Free games and paid games are treated differently

Paid games

In games you pay for, we collect no personal data. These games do not contain advertising or analytics software. The only information processed is what the game itself needs in order to run — for example your settings, progress, and save files. This information is stored on your device and is not transmitted to us or to anyone else.

Free games

Games offered free of charge are funded by advertising. To make this possible, and to understand how our games are used so we can fix problems and improve them, these games include third-party advertising and analytics software. What this involves is described in sections 4 and 5.

4. Advertising

Free games display advertisements supplied by two third-party advertising networks: Google AdMob, provided by Google, and Unity Ads, provided by Unity Technologies. To deliver and measure ads, these networks may process technical information such as your device type and operating system, your device's advertising identifier, your approximate country derived from your IP address, and how you interacted with an advertisement.

What these providers do with the information they receive is governed by their own privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy and Unity Privacy Policy.

We do not show personalised or interest-based advertising to children. Where a user is or may be a child, our games are configured so that only non-personalised, contextual advertising is served, and advertising identifiers are not used to build a profile or to target advertising. See section 7.

You can limit advertising tracking at any time through your device:

On iOS, if a game asks for permission to track you, declining that request means no tracking for advertising purposes takes place.

5. Analytics and diagnostics

Free games use the measurement and reporting features built into Google AdMob and Unity Ads to record how the game is used — for example which levels are played, how long a session lasts, and where errors or crashes occur. This information is technical and aggregated. It tells us that a problem happened; it does not tell us who you are.

We do not use analytics data to identify you, and we do not combine it with information from other sources to build a profile about you.

6. In-app purchases

Some free games offer optional in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies. We never see or receive your payment card details, billing address, or Apple or Google account credentials. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was completed, so the game can unlock the corresponding content.

7. Children's privacy

Some of our games are suitable for and directed to children. For those games:

This is intended to meet the requirements of the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families policy, the Apple App Store Review Guidelines for apps directed to children, and Article 8 of the GDPR.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@sinatr.com. We will delete that information promptly.

8. Features our games do not include

To make the scope of this policy clear, our games do not include any of the following:

Because these features do not exist, no personal data is created, collected, or shared through them.

9. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Information is shared only with Google and Unity Technologies, whose advertising software is included in our free games, and only to the extent needed for those services to work. These providers act as independent controllers or as our processors depending on the service, and their own privacy policies govern what they do with the data they receive. We will also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, for example in response to a valid legal request.

Certain privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, use a broad definition of "sale" or "sharing" that can cover the transfer of advertising identifiers to advertising networks. Because we serve only non-personalised advertising where a user is or may be a child, no such transfer takes place for those users. Adult users can prevent it at any time using the device controls in section 4.

10. International transfers

We are established in Türkiye. Our third-party providers may process information on servers located in other countries, including the United States and countries in the European Economic Area. Where information is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, those transfers rely on the safeguards implemented by the providers concerned, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

11. How long information is kept

Data stored on your device remains there until you delete the game or clear its data. Information held by our advertising and analytics providers is retained according to their own retention schedules, which are typically measured in months rather than years. We do not maintain our own database of players.

12. Security

Because our games do not require accounts and we do not keep a player database, there is very little information for us to hold. Data transmitted by the third-party software in our free games is sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent, to receive your data in a portable format, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Residents of Türkiye have equivalent rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, including the right to apply to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.

To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@sinatr.com. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law. Please note that because our games do not use accounts, we usually cannot connect a request to a specific person's data. In that case we will tell you what we can and cannot do, and we will direct you to the device-level controls described in section 4.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our games or in the law. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected in the affected games' store listings.
